Servando Restaurant, Cafe & Bar - Zambales

My family and i had a great experience. Food was delicious, ambiance was cozy and service is excellent. They requested that we place our food orders in advance, and it proved to be a good idea because it only took about 10minutes from the time we were seated, for them to serve our order for a 8 pax. Servando is definitely a must-tree when you’re in Zambales.

Service was super good. Food's a bit slow to come out but they inform u prior. It's good to eat here for large families. We went in with just the two of us so we were only able to order the good for 1 pax meals. Lava cake was super good + grilled liempo. We also tried their burger steak. it was savory and creamy

Hands down, one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! The ambiance was cozy and intimate. The service was top-notch - our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. I ordered the crispy pata and pork sisig, which was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, and the presentation was stunning. Highly recommend the lava cake as a side dish - it was creamy. Overall, great value for the price and I'll definitely be back!" 5/5 stars

I celebrated my birthday here and it was the best decision because of their accommodating staff. They made my day extra special. They also gave us a complimentary cake and saging con yelo!! We’ll surely come back.

Servando Restaurant, tucked within the elegant Villa Elisa property, is a hidden gem that blends beautiful ambiance with solid Filipino comfort food. From the entrance of the estate, you already get a sense of luxury and calm, and the restaurant itself follows through with tasteful interiors and well-planned dining areas. We started off at the indoor section, which is classy and serene, but eventually moved to their outdoor beachfront dining after confirming with staff that tables were available (despite initially being told they were full). This small miscommunication aside, we appreciated being able to settle into the breezy, open-air space with an incredible view, especially at sunset. The beachfront dining experience at Servando is one of its best features, making it a perfect spot for golden hour meals and relaxing seaside dinners. We ordered Pork Sinigang sa Gabi, Fried Chicken with Fries, Lumpiang Shanghai, Strawberry Soda, and a house drink called Sunset Serenade. The Sinigang was the star of the table, rich broth, tender pork, and just the right balance of sourness and earthy gabi. The drinks were refreshing and well crafted, especially the house specials. Service was attentive, and despite a sudden rain that had us relocating to the nearby bar area, the staff handled the transition smoothly and even pre-set our dishes so we could enjoy our meal uninterrupted. Prices lean on the higher side but are still very reasonable considering the quality, setting, and service. You're not just paying for the food, you’re paying for the full experience. Overall, Servando delivers well on flavor, presentation, and ambiance. Highly recommended for those seeking a well-rounded meal in an exceptional coastal setting.
